After working with the client on an apartment scheme for the site, we prepared a revised townhome option to respond to the challenges of providing a basement this close to the beach. The reverse living configuration takes advantage of the view with the addition of roof terraces providing uninterrupted views across the Bay. A contemporary ‘black and white’ palette was adopted to create a bold street presence on this prominent corner site.
